three good things:
1. a tiny bunny glimpsed in the grass, darting by the gate, nosing the flowers.
2. handing off markers and crayons and pencils to my co-worker's daughter, holding the paper for her while she considered and scrawled with a two-year-old's artistic seriousness.
3. recipes, groceries, and cooking adventures to come.
one good thing about myself: when i meet a shy child at work, i try not to push or prod, but i say 'it's all right, i'm shy, too.' it's true.
