three good things:
1. the way my cat stretches a paw over me when he's curled up next to me, like he's trying to give me a hug.
2. the smell of lilacs just a little ways outside my door.
3. a new and magical apron.
one thing i like about myself: my attention was scattered today, but i still managed to make a small, nice thing for one of the kids in class.
