to close out asian-pacific american heritage month, i made a graphic! featured are examples of korean archeitecture, korean dance, korean embroidery, korean artisanry, korean music, korean wedding clothes, and bibimbap.





i'm happy for my heritage, and i'm happy to share it with all of you.

^____^ this is so lovely. the clothes and the architecture are all so beautiful, and the little knitted dolls are just darling -- and I still really want to try bibimbap one day, because it looks delicious.

i'm super-delighted by the knitted dolls; i knew i had to include them. ^_^ and if you ever do come out to colorado, there's not much to do in aurora but there are a zillion korean restaurants. i went to one recently with really good kimchijeon -- sort of a spicy, savory pancake.
